Hi everyone. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for coming on my blog. I am so excited to welcome all of you to this free non-judgment zone. My main goal here is to not only share my journey with you but to also become a safe place for those who may be going through some of the things I am or have in the past. We will chat about my spiritual journey and what lead me to change from christianity as well as how our traumas affect us not just mentally but physically and all the in between. I look forward to this being an open safe place for us to learn who we are as women and mothers.Here we will be gentle with ourselves because perfect isn’t doable no matter how hard we try.
